INFO 11. Registration procedure at the UEx

1.  Partner universities (From 28^thApril to 15^th June 2025)
   1. will nominate their students at the UEx Nomination process.
   2.  will receive a confirmation of their Students’ nomination.
2. Nominated students (From 15^th May  2025 to 30^th June 2025)
   1. will receive a confirmation email with  their noimnation and a link  to the Student Online application.
   2. must upload the next documents to their Student Online application.
      1. photocopy of their Passport or ID card. Remember to use always the same identification number in all of the docs at the UEx.
      2. International Insurance Health Card or European Health Insurance Card photocopy (previously done in your home country).
      3. International Travel Insurance for Erasmus students.

Nominated students will receive an Aceptance Letter when their University nominates them as an Erasmus Student at the UEx once their application is processed .

Certificates of Arrival will be sign in presence at UEx International Relations Office 

Learning Agreements must be send to the  Academic Coordinator of your UEx Faculty signed by both the student and the Academic coordinador of their Home University.

Only if you are a Medicine or Nursing student, or if your home university needs it beforehand. Try to  send the learning agreement, if needed, by mid-June.

Secretary of your UEx Faculty

1. You will need a photocopy of your passport/ID and Learning Agreement signed by:
   1. the student, the  Academic Coordinator of your UEx Faculty and the Academic coordinador of your Home University.
   2. Use always use the same number of the same document.
2. Hand it in the Secretaría of your Faculty* with a copy of your passport/ID
3. You will be given 3 equal docs at your Secretaría (official enrollment doc.)
4. The bank (Caja Extremadura) will stamp the 3 docs. You have to pay 5€. – The bank will give you back two copies: 1 for you and the other to hand at the Secretary of your Faculty. The Secretary will give you your personal PinWeb/Iduex to use the UEx Wifi, since you have been using the temporary one.
5. You will have to hand in a photocopy of this official registration doc at this internat. offic.

*Make sure you attend the group you actually registered at. One course can have several groups!!

1. Do the online application form (May)

2. Upload when filled in with the photocopy of your passport/ID, European Insurance Card and Travel insurance certificate  (till mid-June).

3. Choose the subjects at the UEx from the web and bring the document filled in with you, so that you check it out with your UEx coordinator upon arrival, (except for Nursing and medicine students (who send it before coming here) or do as your home university requests you.

4.  Do read all the info you will start receiving from June on.
