INFO 11. Registration procedure at the UEx
- Partner universities
- will nominate their students at the UEx Nomination process.
- will receive a confirmation of their Students’ nomination.
- Nominated students
- will receive a confirmation email with their nomination and a link to the Student Online application.
- must upload the next documents to their Student Online application:
- Photocopy of their Passport or ID card. Remember to always use the same identification number in all of the docs at the UEx.
- Nominated students will receive an Aceptance Letter after they complete their application.
- Before their arrival students will send to erasmusincoming@unex.es.
- International Insurance Travel Card
- International Insurance Health Card or European Health Insurance Card photocopy (previously done in your home country).
- Their VISA for studies (Non european students).
Certificate of Arrival
Certificates of Arrival will be sign in presence at UEx International Relations Office
Learning Agreements must be send to the Academic Coordinator of your UEx Faculty signed by both the student and the Academic coordinador of their Home University.
Second semester students: From 1st December 2025 to 29th January 2026.
At the Secretary of your UEx Faculty
- You will need a photocopy of your passport/ID and Learning Agreement signed by:
- the student, the Academic Coordinator of your UEx Faculty and the Academic coordinador of your Home University.
- Use always use the same number of the same document.
- Hand it in the Secretaría of your Faculty* with a copy of your passport/ID
- You will be given 3 equal docs at your Secretaría (official enrollment doc.)
- The bank (Caja Extremadura) will stamp the 3 docs. You have to pay 5€. – The bank will give you back two copies: 1 for you and the other to hand at the Secretary of your Faculty. The Secretary will give you your personal PinWeb/Iduex to use the UEx Wifi, since you have been using the temporary one.
- You will have to hand in a photocopy of this official registration doc at this internat. offic.
*Make sure you attend the group you actually registered at. One course can have several groups!!
