#NominationUEx for Partner Universities 2026/2027

Fall Semester / Full Academic Year / Spring Semester

• Partner Universities: Nomination period: from 7 April to 31 May 2026 (The Universiy of Extremdura will be close from 30 Mars to 6 April)

• Nominated Students: Application period: from 1 May to 30 June 2026

Spring Semester (Only if you did not your students’ nomination before  31 May 2026)

• Partner Universities: Nomination period: from 1 October to 31 October 2026

• Nominated Students: Application period: from 1 November to 30 November 2026

You may access the UEx Nominations platform for Partner Universities through the link provided HERE .From 7 April to 31 May 2026.

1. Nomination Procedure for Partner Universities

1.1. Registration in the UEx Nomination Platform
Partner universities must register in the UEx Nomination Application using their official institutional email address and create a password of at least 8 characters, including one number and one special character

• If you are already registered, simply log in using your existing credentials.
• If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it directly through the platform.

1.2. Submitting Nominations
Once registered, universities must log in to the UEx Nomination Application and complete the nomination form with the selected students.
Please note:

• All students may be nominated within a single application.
• A downloadable PDF will be automatically generated upon submission.

If you receive an automatic confirmation email, your nomination has been successfully submitted. You may access the nomination platform at any time if further reference is required.

• f you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it directly through the platform.
• The UEx International Relations Office will subsequently send all necessary information to the nominated students.

Important Information Regarding Campuses

The University of Extremadura is composed of four campuses:

•  Badajoz campus ,
• Cáceres campus
• Mérida University Center 
• Plasencia University Center.

2. Application Procedure for Nominated Students

2.1. Registration in the UEx Online Application Form
Nominated students will receive an email containing the link to the UEx Online Application Form.
They must register using their university email address and create a password with the same security requirements as above (minimum 8 characters, including one number and one special character).

2.2. Completing the Online Application
Students must log in to the Online Application Form, complete their personal and academic information, and confirm their Erasmus+ mobility at the University of Extremadura from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026..
A downloadable PDF with the confirmation of the application will be automatically generated.

Within approximately one week after confirmation, nominated students will receive their Acceptance Letter.

3. Additional Academic Requirements

Please ensure that all nominations are submitted under the correct ERASMUS ISCED CODE , as established in the Interinstitutional Agreement signed with the University of Extremadura.

•  We only recommend your students to have a B1 of Spanish, we do not request a certificate for 2023/2024 (exceptions apply for Medicine, Nursing and Occupational Therapy students, please, see our Factsheet)
•  We offer a Spanish Course each semester with 6 ECTS/term your students can use in their learning agreements
• Your students will be your ambassadors in our videos to send away to all of the other unis around Europe.
