NOMINATION 2025/2026 for Partner Universities_Annual-First semester-Second semester

Nomination’s process
- First, Partner universities must REGISTER themselves in the UEx nomination application with their official email address and set a password with more than 8 digits (at least one number and one special character). If you are already registered: use your email address and password. If you forgot your password you can create a new one.
- Universities must LOG IN to the UEx nomination application and complete the form with the selected students.
- In a single application, you can nominate all your students. a downloadable PDF will be generated.
- If you received an automatic email response upon doing so, it means your application was successful. In addition, you can access the UEx nomination application whenever you need it.
- The UEx International Team will send to your students all the information they need about this process.
- Second, Nominated students will receive an email with a link to an UEx ONLINE APPLICATION FORM Nominated students must REGISTER themselves in the UEx ONLINE APPLICATION FORM with their university email address and set a password with more than 8 digits (at least one number and one special character) from 15th May 2025 to 30th June 2025.
- Nominated students must LOG IN in the UEx ONLINE APPLICATION FORM to complete their data and confirm their Erasmus+ mobility at the UEx from 15th May 2025 to 30th June 2025. A downloadable PDF with the confirmation of their application wil be generated.
- Please, make sure you nominate your students under the appropriate ERASMUS ISCED CODE agreed with UEx in the interinstitutional agreement.

- IMPORTANT: Students with curricular internships in their studies must come to Spain with their passport.

- International Insurance Health Card or European Health Insurance Card photocopy (previously done in your home country)
- International Travel Insurance for Erasmus students
- photocopy of their Passport or ID card. Remember to use always the same identification number in all of the docs at the UEx.
On January 1, 2024, the fiftieth additional provision of Royal Decree 2/23 comes into force, by which all people on external internships must be registered with social security and will pay contributions for the days of the external internships they carry out.
The passport will be necessary to apply for the NIE (Foreign Identity Number).READ.Trámites extramjería
With the NIE or passport the student can request their NUSS ( Número de Usuario de la Seguridad Social)
The NUSS can be requested at any of the offices of the General Treasury of Social Security.
